THE Commission of Inquiry into Barbara Malimali has come at significant costs to Fiji, says a New Zealand-based political scientist and academic.
Professor Jon Fraenkel yesterday called out the manner in which Justice David Ashton-Lewis “discredited” the inquiry report, saying it had come at a cost to the nation.
“That is a disgraceful interference with Fiji politics. The whole exercise comes at an enormous financial and political cost for Fiji,” he said.
