BA lad Joji Nasova is ready to give it his all if named in the FIJI Water Flying Fijians team for the Europe tour in November.

“If my name is called to join the national team, I am ready, and I will be proud to represent our country. If given the opportunity I will give my all to help bring victory to the team.”

Nosava has been a revelation this year, transitioning from the Fiji Airways Fiji 7s team to the Flying Fijians, without playing Super Rugby or provincial club rugby.

The 24-year-old is eager for another shot at international rugby after his impressive debut at the Pacific Nations Cup.

Nasova was a late replacement for Semi Radradra at the PNC.

On his debut against Canada, Nasova made a statement displaying blistering pace and dazzling footwork’s, a craft he perfected while playing in the sevens circuit.

Nasova confirmed his first test performance was no fluke, scoring two tries and winning the man of the match award in just his second international appearance which was against the Japanese Brave Blossoms the week after.

“If given the opportunity I will give my all to score more tries to help the team win,” said Nasova

Nosava made his Skipper Cup debut last week for Ba rugby but will not feature in the quarter-finals.

The Flying Fijians team for the Autum Internationals in Europe will be announced today by head coach Mick Byrne at the Fiji Rugby House in Suva.

The team will play England on November 8 at the Allianz Stadium in their first test, followed by the clash against France on November 15 in Bordeaux.
