ABOUT 400 Human Resources (HR) practitioners and stakeholders from around Fiji gathered in Nadi over the weekend for the 20th BSP Life 2025 Fiji Human Resources Institute Convention.

With the theme: “Empowering Performance, Elevating Productivity”, the event provided a platform for robust discussions on industry trends.

Noting that people were key assets of any organisation, BSP Life managing director Michael Nacola described as “exciting” the journey of witnessing the evolution of the FHRI Convention, given that

BSP Life had been a major partner for many years.

The FHRI Convention has now morphed into a high-powered gathering of not only HR practitioners but also board directors, senior government people and chief executive officers, Mr Nacola said.

The convention was held at the Sofitel Fiji Resort & Spa on Denarau Island.
