Heavy rain forces closure of several roads and crossings up north

Several roads in the Northern Division are under floodwater caused by heavy rain experienced in the area.

And the Fiji Roads Authority (FRA) has advised motorists to drive safely during this wet weather and to avoid driving through flooded water of unknown depths.

The FRA advised drivers to keep a safe following distance to prevent accidents on wet and slippery roads.
