Why is Government proposing a seven-year tax holiday for existing and new water bottling companies when “they have already been making very good profits for more than 20 years.” Academic Professor Wadan Narsey raised this issue during a post 2023-2024 national budget forum organised by Dialogue Fiji on Wednesday. He questioned the need to exempt the companies and deny Government much needed revenue.
