All eyes are on the Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka’s court following the SODELPA management board meeting yesterday.

SODELPA had resolved to plead with the PM for the reinstatement of Aseri Radrodro to his former post.

However, despite assurances by party leader Viliame Gavoka that the resolution passed during the meeting would reach the PM, the document had still not reached Mr Rabuka as of 5pm yesterday. When questioned whether he had seen the resolution, Mr Rabuka asked: “what resolution?” “Nothing has reached my office yet.”

That’s the big news on the front page of The Fiji Times for Saturday, January 27.

In the second story on the front page, over three million social media accounts from Fiji are part of a major international massive data breach now dubbed the “Mother of All Breaches” or MOAB by international cybersecurity researchers. And the Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission (FCCC) is urging Fijians to take necessary steps to secure their online accounts such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Adobe, and thousands of other organisations worldwide which have become compromised under MOAB.
