Four men have been arrested following snap checks along Naweni Main Road in Cakaudrove yesterday as joint security operations continue across the country.
The Fiji Police Force and Republic of Fiji Military Forces conducted the operation under Operation Sasamaki, targeting illicit drug activity.
Police said the suspects were found in possession of sachets and small plastic bags containing dried leaves believed to be marijuana.
“The seized substances have been sent for analysis,” authorities confirmed.
Joint operations targeting both white and green drugs are continuing nationwide as part of ongoing enforcement efforts.
