THE outcome of former Fijian Holdings Ltd (FHL) CEO Mohammed Nouzab Fareed’s indecent assault case will be decided on September 30.
Chief Magistrate Josaia Waqaivolavola is overseeing Mr Fareed’s case at the Suva Magistrate’s Court.
This judgment date was provided by the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions after enquiries from The Fiji Times.
He is accused of indecently assaulting a woman in 2019.
The charges are sanctioned by the ODPP.
Mr Fareed is currently on bail.
