The FNPF-owned IHG Fiji Hotels portfolio received multiple honours at the 2025 HM Aotearoa-Pacific Awards in Auckland, New Zealand.
The event celebrated outstanding talent and leadership across New Zealand and the South Pacific, spotlighting the best in service, innovation and people-first culture.
Among this year’s highlights were several awards recognising the dedication and craftsmanship of colleagues from across IHG Fiji hotels, including:
- Fijian Luxury Resort – Highly Commended: InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa
- Human Resources Initiative – South Pacific Winner: FNPF-owned IHG Hotels Fiji
- Human Resource Associate of the Year – South Pacific Winner: Sotia Tikoimatuku, FNPF-owned IHG Fiji Hotels
- Concierge of the Year – South Pacific Winner: Sikeli Nailesu, InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa
- Food and Beverage Associate of the Year – South Pacific Winner: Sera Wati, InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa
- Front Office Associate – Highly Commended: Nainase Buna, InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa, and
- Finance Associate – Highly Commended: Manisha Lata, Grand Pacific Hotel Suva.
