WATCHING a lot of movies can actually take its toll on people, especially children.
Beachcomber heard this from a friend.
There was this three-year-old girl who loved watching the Pacific-inspired cartoon Moana. So, one day while at her grandmother’s place, she heard her grandma calling her mother by her nickname, “Mona, Mona.”
With curiosity she stood up and was looking around, but couldn’t see any movie playing on their television screen.
So she started shouting, “Make way, make way!” to respond to her grandma’s call.
Her mother burst into fits of laughter because apparently that was indeed a line from the movie replayed in their house almost every day.
Too smart children these days!
