In another historic milestone, Fiji’s family resort Malolo in the Mamanuca Group of Islands has recently undergone a one million tech upgrade with the launching of its own resort app.
The five-star resort’s sister property Likuliku Lagoon Resort had also launched their app in April this year.
“Guests can now begin their Malolo Island Resort experience before they even arrive and plan their visit and activities straight from their devices,” said Ahura Resorts Fiji Director of Sales and Marketing Samantha Muspratt.
“Guests will be encouraged to use the App ahead of their stay to build their activity itinerary, so they don’t miss out on any of the incredible experiences on offer,” Ms Muspratt said.
She said the online check-in through the App was also available prior to arrival for a seamless welcome experience.
“Guests can also use the App during their stay as the perfect travel companion. They will see what’s on every day, get some fantastic inspiration from the list of experiences and even make dinner and spa reservations — all from the comfort of their beach or pool lounges, and individual itineraries are always accessible to see what adventures have been planned.
“To ensure guests can have instant access to the App while at the resort, Malolo has installed free WiFi in all guest bure/rooms, while enhancing and expanding the existing free hotspots in the public areas.”
