Operations at the Rarawai sugar mill have stopped due to a fire outbreak in the factory.
All workers have been ordered to evacuate and assemble in a designated area of the mill.
While details are sketchy, it is believed the fire is started in the power-house area.
National Fire Authority and Fiji Sugar Corporations in-house fire units are trying to control the fire.
