Fiji’s Bula Boys FC are set to make history as one of the eight preferred clubs confirmed for the inaugural OFC Professional League, kicking off on January 10, 2026.
The announcement marks a huge milestone for Fijian football, as the nation will be represented on the region’s first-ever professional stage.
Bula Boys FC will compete against top clubs from New Zealand, Australia, Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands, Tahiti and Vanuatu in a circuit series format across the Pacific.
The new competition also serves as Oceania’s pathway to the 2029 FIFA Club World Cup™, offering Fijian players a chance to showcase their talent on the global stage.
The league will run from January to May, featuring playoffs and a grand final.
