Fijian Asit Sen has been appointed as the chief financial officer of Nauru Airlines.

He was previously the Finance Manager over the past 5 years.

“We welcome Asit into the role of CFO bringing his depth of experience into the business,” said Brett Gebers, CEO at Nauru Airlines.

Mr Gebers said Mr Sen’s appointment coincided with the airline’s 2025 Strategic Planning Session which includes a review of all aspects of the airline’s operational and commercial functions as part of the routine budgeting process.

“This annual review is part of our normal business cycle in an ever-changing environment, to ensure the airline is utilising its assets effectively and remains well-positioned to achieve sustainable profitability and long-term success,” he added.

Mr Sen has worked for Fiji Ports Corporation Ltd and BRED Bank in Fiji.
