Ben Gollings, after eight tournaments, is still chasing a title in the HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series.
This weekend, his men will be in Singapore to try and bury the jinx that has been haunting the side after the Rugby World Cup Sevens at the Cape Town Stadium in South Africa last year.
In an interview with Fiji Rugby Union media, the former England 7s captain is looking at “changing things again”.
“We will look at changing things again, it gives the opposition a different dimension,” Gollings said from Singapore.
“It also gives players the opportunity for less minutes but more impact but it will build through the tactical awareness.”
He assured fans that this weekend the players will give in their best performance.
“We’ll make sure we get it spot-on for this weekend.”
Meanwhile, Fiji leads Pool B and will be looking to build from their Hong Kong 7s final loss to New Zealand.
The Tevita Daugunu-skippered side will be joined by Spain, Samoa and Canada.
