Update: 2:13PM THE Koro Sun Resort in Savusavu raised $3000 during the two day music and arts festival held at the resort over the weekend.
The money raised will be given to staff members whose family lost their homes during Severe Tropical Cyclone Winston.
Resort general manager Margie Rayawa said the funds would be used to help those affected by Cyclone Winston.
“This will be given to help few of our staff to fix up their houses, which were severely damaged by Cyclone Winston,” Mrs Rayawa said.
“We don’t believe in choosing big charity works as our charity is just on a small scale level where we only help grassroots level.”
