The Fiji Corrections Service accorded a welcome back ceremony to Fiji Pearls star Unaisi Rauluni as she returned from the recent Netball World Cup in South Africa.

The 28-year-old is a corporate service clerk at the FSC national headquarters in Suva and was the star player for the Peals in Cape Town after being awarded the best player in two of Fiji’s games.

FCS Acting Commissioner Salote Panapasa said the pinnacle of every sportsperson’s career was to participate in a world meet, such as the one held in South Africa.

Panapasa also congratulated Rauluni in her efforts in helping Fiji move six places on the netball world ranking from 16th to 11th.

Raulini earned her 64th cap for the country after the competition in South Africa.
