THE High Court in Suva has convicted a farmer convicted of robbing the Alison Supermarket at Laucala Beach Estate outside Suva in 2024.
Leone Lesumailepanoni was found guilty by Justice Thushara Rajasinghe on December 22 for two counts of Aggravated Robbery.
He has been acquitted of one count of aggravated robbery after the court found no evidence to establish that the accused committed the act.
Lesumailepanoni is further remanded in custody and will be sentenced on Thursday.
