Expanded roster for partners at WSL event in Fiji

The World Surf League (WSL) is excited to bring the 2024 Corona Fiji Pro back to Fiji, with an expanded roster of local and global partners.

The WSL will work with several new Fijian partners and several existing global partners ahead of Stop No. 9 of this year’s Championship Tour (CT).

WSL APAC President Andrew Stark stated they are excited with these opportunities.

“The WSL is so excited to be returning to Fiji this year, and we’re proud to announce that we will be working with more Fijian partners than ever before,” said WSL APAC President Andrew Stark.

“Working with businesses from Fiji will ensure great outcomes for the event, our athletes, and most importantly, the people of Fiji, who are pivotal in making this happen. We thank our new and existing partners for coming on the journey with us back to Fiji and can’t wait to see the CT make its triumphant return to Cloudbreak this August,” Stark said.

Corona has taken the title partnership for the event, while Bonsoy has been named the presenting partner.

Jack’s of Fiji joins as the Official Apparel Partner and will create unique event merchandise, available at a pop-up store at Denarau Harbour.

Fiji Airways is the Official Airline and will feature in on-site signage and broadcasts, highlighting surfers’ equipment. The Fiji Broadcasting Corporation will ensure that Fijians don’t miss a moment, broadcasting the event nationwide on free-to-air channels.

“Fiji Airways has joined forces with the WSL to become the Official Airline of the Corona Fiji Pro Presented by Bonsoy. Fiji Airways will appear across on-site signage and broadcast, bringing fans the

‘Fiji Airways Board Check-in’ integration, highlighting the equipment the surfers are riding to inspire surf fans to pack for their next Fijian surf adventure,” Stark added.
