THE Kaila! Star Search final round of competition tomorrow night at the Vodafone Arena in Suva will offer viewers a night of surprises.
Talent co-ordinator Savuto Vakadewavosa said the show was a must-watch and a way to support the budding musicians and the music industry in Fiji.
“It will be a night not to miss and we as their mentors are excited to present four solo singers and a duo act that started on the show with raw talent and have developed into great singers and artistes,” Vakadewavosa said.
“There are a lot of surprises we have planned for the show and we know those who come down to the show will not be disappointed by the performances lined up.
“To begin with, our three judges Ilisavani Cava, Josephine Dass and Tim Ulacake will be collaborating for an opening act to begin the show and that will be the first time Kaila! Star Search judges take the stage.”
Vakadewavosa said the singers would also be backed by the HOPE Fiji band during the first round of performance when they sang a song of their choice.
“The competition on Saturday night will be really tough and the finalists know what is at stake so they will be giving their best.”
The five artistes who made it to the final round are Paul Volau, John Hosea, Sainimere Vunakece, Queenie Morgan, and sister act Lagi and Ofa Tivaknoa.
Tickets can be purchased from Damodar City Centre for $3 or at the venue tomorrow. The show begins at 6:30pm.
