Fans should expect a really tight affair between the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua and the Queensland Reds in their Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific round 13 encounter today.
With all 12 teams in the competition standing a chance of making the quarterfinals, no match will come easy especially with only three regular rounds remaining.
Last year the Drua enjoyed a 41-17 win over the Reds in Suva and chief executive Mark Evans said they anticipate a similar outcome but with a slightly different scoreline.
“The Reds have had a really good year; they’ve beaten some really good teams, but they also lost to Moana in an away game. They’ve got a couple of red and yellow cards and suddenly the whole thing unravelled quick, and Moana got their third win,” Evans said.
The results may well be determined in the dying stages of the match.
“It should be a great game, I don’t think its going to run away with it, I’d be really surprised if its the same scoreline from last year, I think it will be quite tight, I think it might get down to the last 10 minutes.”
All this will be known today when the two teams meet at 2.05pm at the HFC Bank Stadium in Laucala Bay.
