ABOUT 400 people participated in traditional Easter egg hunts and attended church services organised at the Outrigger Fiji Beach Resort last weekend.

Activities manager Kini Sarai said apart from the egg hunt, a golf tournament was also organised.

“We also had activities for adults and an Easter service for our guests on Easter Sunday with local choir participation, themed evenings in our restaurants, a live band on Easter Sunday afternoon by the poolside,” he said.

“For the children, we had a special kids Easter program that included Easter bun eating race, ice cream, bunny hop races, bunny says and a special Easter hat parade.

“There were also live baby chicks that the children got to feed every now and then, which was very exciting.”

He said the different activities were very well received by the guests.

“The main theme of the day was hope, faith and spending time and having fun with family members.”

A hill hike was also organised for teenagers to celebrate Easter Monday.
