THE Fiji Football Association will be conducting drug tests on players in the 2020 Vodafone Premier League.
This has been confirmed by Fiji FA Competition’s Manager Amitesh Pal.
Pal said the tests would be conducted on a random basis.
“We will not conduct tests in every match but randomly pick matches and test players. This is to keep all players reminded that the sport is drug free,” he said.
The season begins with the Suva-Labasa clash at 1.30pm this Saturday at Subrail Park.
