The Rooster Chicken Fijian Drua Women side will be without the services of prop Ana Korovata during the Super Rugby W final against the Waratahs this weekend after she was handed a one-week suspension.

The instrumental forward received three yellow cards in the Drua’s past three matches, which automatically ruled her out from the final.

The other two players in doubt due to injuries are Vika Matarugu and Merewai Cumu.

“Vika (Matarugu), we are still seeing her ankle that she injured in Melbourne and hopefully going forward she might be able to play this weekend,” Drua W coach Mosese Rauluni said.

“The other one is Merewai Cumu. With her concussion, she was knocked out for 10 minutes and she is going through her ‘return to play protocols’ and we will see by Thursday whether she is OK to be the final squad.”

The final will be held at Ballymore Stadium in Brisbane on Sunday.
