The Fiji Drua logistics team has dedicated considerable effort to create an exclusive bus package deal for fans attending the team’s seven home games.

Biu Tadranu, Fiji Drua’s ticketing manager, highlighted the fan-friendly nature of these packages, particularly for those who travel long distances to reach game locations.

“Based on our observations last year we have come up with these bus packages to make things easier and convenient to watch the game.

“Also what we found is that most of our fans like to travel in groups, with their work mates, youth groups and they travel as a group,” Tadranu said.

The bus package is designed to include grass ticket, return fare and a flag.

“This is a cheaper package compared to someone going alone to watch the game.”

For the Lautoka game it takes someone from Lami to spend $50 return fare, $37 grass ticket just to watch the match but in this package an individual travelling from Lami to Lautoka will only pay $16 return fare and $30 grass ticket and will get a Drua flag.

The Fijian Drua Bus Packages must be booked as a group of 60, which will allow each group to have one pick-up and drop off point.

“Sixty is our target, that way bus can pick from a location, if its half of the group we can get mini-coach bus,” he added.

We are having discussions with bus services all around towns in Viti Levu.”
