THE Fijian Drua has increased ticket capacity in selected categories, making more affordable options available for fans ahead of their next match in Ba against the Highlanders.

The Drua Nation will return to Four R Stadium to witness their favourite team take on the Highlanders on May 2 in Round 12 of the Super Rugby Pacific.

The Swire Shipping Fijian Drua sold out their first match in Ba on March 14, where they secured a historic win over the ACT Brumbies.

Fijian Drua Head of Sales Josefa Vanuaca said history was calling again as the side returned to Ba to face another opponent they have yet to beat.

“History is calling once again in Ba as the Drua return to Four 4 Stadium to face another team we’ve never beaten – the Highlanders. We all saw what the fans in the stadium helped us to do against the Brumbies and we are hoping the Drua Nation can do it again on Saturday May 2.”

He said the organisation had listened to fans following the first Ba match, where thousands missed out on entry.

“And we have heard our fans loud and clear following our first Ba match, where 1000s of fans couldn’t get inside the park. Our fans are the heartbeat of the Drua, so we are making a lot more affordable tickets available for them.”

“We have freed up more space on the grass embankment, and have implemented more robust seating management to ensure every ticket holder is guided to their correct seat swiftly. We want the focus to be entirely on the world-class rugby and entertainment we have on offer. With tickets starting as low as $15, we are committed to making this an organised and unforgettable experience for the whole family,” Vanuaca added.

Following the previous sell-out, fans are encouraged to secure tickets early to avoid missing out.

Ticket prices start from $15 for the East Grass Embankment, with children’s tickets from $10. Red Zone Terraces are $20 and Red Zone $25, while Navy Blue Zone Terraces are $30, with children’s tickets at $10.

Premium seating includes Bronze Terraces ($50) and Grandstand ($70), Silver Terraces ($50) and Grandstand ($100), and Gold Terraces ($60) and Grandstand ($120). Children’s tickets range from $10 to $60 depending on the category.

Tickets are available via the Drua ticketing website, as well as at Jack’s of Fiji outlets, Shop N Save Supermarkets, Ba Town Council and Prouds outlets.
