KKS Hardware Dratabu Green edged Western Marine 17-16 in a nail-biting Nadi Club Super Premier final at Prince Charles Park in Nadi yesterday.

The tightly contested match kept fans on edge until the final whistle, with Dratabu Green holding on to secure the one-point victory and claim the championship title.

Dratabu head coach Ilaitia Seru credited the win to discipline and belief within the team.

“We want to thank God for giving us the strength to win.

“Western Marine is a good team, but we prepared well for this final.

“At halftime I told the boys to stick to the game plan and reduce mistakes, and they did exactly that,” Seru said.

The victory capped off a strong campaign for Dratabu Green, who showed composure under pressure to lift the Super Premier title.
