Kontiki Finance Ltd (KFL) declared a one cent per share dividend for shareholders alongside its dividend re-investment offer of 98 cents per share for shareholders registered as of November 9, 2023.
“The reinvestment price is set at a 5 per cent discount to the average share price over the month prior to the dividend announcement,”KFL said in a statement at the South Pacific Stock Exchange (SPX).
“Reinvestment into additional shares can be made without paying any brokerage fees or levies.”
The finance solutions provider listed on SPX in 2018 and last traded at $1.12 cents per share.
