The Golden Ocean Seafood Restaurant in Flagstaff, Suva is the first fish shop combined with a self-service restaurant, that can accommodate up to 20 people.
Managed by chef Isimeli Bola with 20 years of experience since its opening in 2018, the restaurant has experienced a remarkable journey, growing steadily while offering fresh seafood and a unique dining experience.
Chef Bola said since its opening, the restaurant has consistently attracted large number of customers drawn by the freshness of their fish.
“Our shop sells fresh fish and that is what draws the customers to us. Most of them know the difference between fresh and frozen quite well,” he said.
Golden Ocean Seafood Restaurant, is where Chef Bola continues to apply his culinary expertise.
