The Fiji Primary and Secondary Schools Netball Associations have secured a partnership with a food manufacturer which aims to promote a healthy and active lifestyle for young Fijians through the sport of netball.

The partnership with Goodman Fielder Fiji will focus on strengthening grassroots netball in Fiji, ensuring more young athletes are encouraged to engage in the sport.

The signing between the three parties took place yesterday at the FMF Gymnasium in Suva.

Goodman Fielder is expected to provide significant support to the development of netball, with a focus on schools and youth participation.

Navitalai Naivalu, president of the Fiji Secondary Schools Netball Association, expressed his excitement about the partnership.

“We are thrilled to have Goodman Fielder support in fostering the growth of netball at the primary and secondary school levels.

This sponsorship aligns perfectly with our mission to encourage young Fijians to embrace healthy and active lifestyles while developing their netball skills,” Naivalu said.
