Police are yet to identify the woman whose body was found on Mate Rd, Korovuto, Nadi, on Sunday morning.
Divisional Police Commander West Iakobo Vaisewa said investigators were still searching for relevant information that could help identify the woman.
“We are appealing to members of the public that may have any information that will assist us in identifying the victim,” he said.
Meanwhile, police spokesperson Ana Naisoro confirmed investigations are continuing.
The woman’s body was found by a resident returning from a fishing trip.
According to the resident, the woman was covered in blood when she was found.
