WEDNESDAY 25/06/2025 – A crucial eitness took the stand today to mitigate the threat claims by drug accussed Justin Ho through his lawyers.
It was revealed in the High Court in Lautoka that the crucial witness allegedly personally knows Mr Ho, his family members, and some of the accussed persons on trial.
The other crucial witness that took the stand was the Denarau worker who is alleged to have been in communication with a foreign national.
The Prosecutions have closed its case today.
The trial will resume next Monday, when the defence counsels will submit their evidence in the court.
The accused persons who have been confirmed to give evidence are Justin Ho, Louie Logaivau, Jale Aukerea, David Heritage, and Ratu Osea Levula.
Viliame Colowaliku has filed a no case to answer today, and Ratu Aporosa Davelevu will make an application for a case to answer later this week.
