Former solicitor-general Sharvada Sharma’s judicial review application will be heard on Thursday, April 20.
The matter was called in the High Court at Suva yesterday before Justice Deepthi Amaratunga.
Mr Sharma sought judicial review of his termination from office by former president Jioji Konrote in November 2021.
On January 26, the High Court granted Mr Sharma leave to apply for judicial review, nearly a year after the case was first heard.
