Fiji’s very own local business, Niurua Creative has formed a partnership with the 2023 Fiji Sports Awards, aiming to inject a new and creative vibrancy into the event.

This collaboration represents Niurua Creative’s inaugural participation in the esteemed annual Sports Awards, highlighting the company’s evolution from a small-scale enterprise to a prominent player in Fiji’s creative sector.

The executive chairman of Fiji Sports Council, Gilbert Vakalalabure expressed appreciation and enthusiasm for this fresh alliance.

He commended the partnership with Sunia and Verenaisi Tubuna for symbolizing the growth of micro to macro businesses in Fiji and their capacity to invest in significant events like the Sports Awards.

This is something to be proud of, and we look forward to continued partnership with Niurua Creative over the next few years,” said Vakalalabure.

“Niurua Creative’s collaboration with the Fiji Sports Awards not only underscores the company’s dedication to supporting local talent but also reflects its broader vision of empowering Fijian communities through art and culture.

This partnership is set to bring a fresh, creative energy to the event while honouring the convergence of sports, culture, and business in Fiji.”

The awards ceremony is scheduled to unfold tomorrow at the Vodafone Arena in Suva.
