The Fiji Hotel and Tourism Association (FHTA) announced on Friday its new partnership with Finest Liquor and Triple 3 as Competition Partners for the HOTEC Tradeshow 2024.
FHTA issued a statement after the signing, welcoming Finest Liquor’s support in HOTEC 2024’s Cocktail Competition, which aims to increase the knowledge and expertise of mixologists, ensuring they can deliver world-class cocktail experiences to both local and international visitors.
In welcoming the companies on board, FHTA’s chief executive officer Fantasha Lockington said “their expertise and passion for quality beverages will be invaluable in enriching the cocktail competitions, providing participants with exceptional learning opportunities.”
General manager of Sales and Marketing at Finest Liquor and Triple 3 Shameer Abdul said they were honoured to be part of HOTEC 2024 and to contribute to the growth of the hospitality sector in Fiji.
“Our aim is to support mixologists in honing their skills and to showcase the high-quality liqueurs, syrups, and bitters that Finest Liquor can offer, along with the innovative beverages from Triple 3,” Mr Abdul said.
“We look forward to a dynamic and engaging competition.”
The cocktail competition at HOTEC 2024 promises to be a highlight, with preliminary rounds kicking off in late July that will see mixologists from across the country have the chance to compete, learn, and refine their craft, culminating in the grand finals at the HOTEC Tradeshow, FHTA stated.

With Finest Liquor and Triple 3 on board, we are confident that our competitions will inspire and uplift the standards within our industry, benefiting both participants and the wider community,” ,” Ms Lockington said.
