DIGICEL Fiji has revamped one of its successful and popular products which consist of complete mobile and entertainment package.
The company yesterday announced the removal of restrictions from its broadband service on the Triple Play Home Bundle plan.
Initially launched in November last year, the plan offers subscribers with Sky Pacific TV (25 world-class channels of entertainment, sport, cartoons and movies), Unwired broadband with 58GB of data and unlimited free family calls with Digicel for just $79.95 a month.
Digicel Fiji chief executive officer Darren McLean, in a statement yesterday, clarified that under the new revamped plan they had removed the data boundaries on so that all bundle customers accessed the massive 58GB of data at any time of the day or night.
“The original Triple Play offer was split between peak and off peak, but this change will provide customers with the flexibility to use the total data at their leisure,” he said.
“Customers are increasingly data oriented and this will help them stay connected with family and friends and doing things they love. The removal of restrictions on data use is a major improvement to the Triple Play package.”
Digicel head of commercial residential segment Charlotte Taylor added that they had reviewed the plan over the past months getting a lot of feedback from customers.
“The new offer still includes your 25 channels, four SIM cards and triple up to any network any day and it now includes 58GB of anytime data which is great news for our customers,” she said. “As opposed to having 29 GB off peak and 29GB peak data, customers can now take full advantage of a full 58 GB data bundle which they can use at any time of the day across any website.”
Ms Taylor said they were constantly looking at new and innovative ways to bring affordable and great value packages to its customers.
