Vishant Reddy of Korovuto College has bagged another gold medal in the boys 3000 metres boy’s division with a time of 9 mins 54 secs at the 2023 Coca-Cola Games.
The 18-year-old won gold yesterday in the 1500m senior boys.
Savenaca Namokoli claimed the silver medal clocking 9 mins 58 secs and Holy Cross College’s Samisoni Kaitu won bronze with a time of 9 mins 45 secs.
The record set by former Fiji long-distance runner and national rep, Isireli Naikelekelevesi still stands at 9 mins 6 secs.
