EXTRA Bula FC head coach Stephane Auvray is determined to rally his team and push for goals as they gear up for their upcoming match against Vanuatu United FC next Sunday.
Despite a tough 1-0 loss to Tahiti United over the weekend in the OFC Pro League clash in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea, Auvray remains confident that his team will bounce back stronger.
Following their completion of circuit two in PNG and their return home to prepare for round three in Australia, Auvray understands the importance of finding the back of the net.
“I know we’ll come back, so we’re just going to keep pushing because we have everything except the goals,” he stated.
Currently, Bula FC sits in fifth place with five points from five matches in the league.
Their campaign includes one win, two draws, and two losses. At the top of the leaderboard, Auckland FC leads with 15 points from six matches, followed by South Melbourne FC with 11 points and Solomon Kings FC with eight points.
South Island United also has eight points, while Tahiti United, Vanuatu United FC, and PNG Hekari FC occupy the lower positions.
Bula FC will face Vanuatu next Sunday in Australia.
