Update: 2:49PM Pacific Climate Action Network (PICAN)’s project officer Genevieve Jiva said it was of importance for Pacific Islands to share their stories of living with the impacts of Climate Change.
This after a briefing PICAN held with the Fiji’s permanent representative to the United Nations , Nazhmat Khan to discuss how Civil Society can engage in the Talanoa Dialogue this year especially since Fiji is continuing its leadership in this process.
Ms Jiva said one of the mechanisms discussed during the briefing was the use of the Talanoa Dialogue online portal which was open for input from all stakeholders.
“The online portal is open for input from all stakeholders and can be made in audio, video or written form,” Ms Jiva said.
