The Hot Bread Kitchen has opened a new branch at Damodar City in Labasa, attracting customers as early as 6am daily .
Branch manager Arieta Vosanabola said the new outlet employed 27 people who were based at the shop in Savusavu for training.
“We are excited with this opening, being the first in Labasa and many customers have come forward to buy our products,” she said.
“Our customers here can expect the best quality bread and pastries and a variety of products as well.
“The prices are also affordable for our customers and I am positive of a good growth in Vanua Levu.”
Customer Ashika Prasad said it was time for the Friendly North town to have such well-known bread shop.
“We have other bread shops in town and the inclusion of this national company will really create competition in the market,” she said.
Another customer Rohit Deo said customers deserved the best and Damodar City had provided that pathway for those in Vanua Levu.
The township is undergoing a revival of sorts since the opening of Damodar City there last month.
