Boxing Commission of Fiji chairman Subhash Appana said some great bouts were expected in the program.
“It is going to be a gala program. We have seven professional fights and five amateur fights, so we have very carefully matched the bouts,” Appana said.
He added that the match-ups were expected to go down to the wire.
“This is also a debut program for Winston Hill and John Lewis. It’s a very powerful partnership.
“Hill has worked with me on the match-ups and if you see closely they are very close match-ups. Expect a great night of boxing.”
The promotion begins at 4pm. Gates open at 3pm.
