BOWLS Fiji held a fundraiser at the Nadi Sports & Social Club on Sunday where Terry Watson won the $7000 ticket lottery.
Bowls Fiji president Radhika Prasad said the fundraiser was for the national teams trip for the Asia Pacific Championship in New Zealand later this month.
She said eight teams participated of which four were sponsored by Islands Electric. “Goodman Fielder has come on board as a sponsor for lawn bowls together with Roofing & Profiles Fiji Ltd giving $5000 each,” Prasad said.
