Update: 4:15PM FORMER world number three Ratish Lal has forced his way into the national training squad to vie for a spot in the Fiji side for the 2016 World Bowls Championship in New Zealand from November 29 to December 12.
The Suva-based taxi proprietor missed the first trials because of sickness but impressed at the second trials at the Nadi Sports & Social Club greens last weekend to be named in the 10-member men’s training squad.
The third trials will be held at the same venue this weekend.
