The Naitasiri rugby union secured a timely partnership with Axellerate jumping in as its Official Apparel Supplier now that the 2024 provincial rugby season has begun.
The partnership was confirmed last Friday, a day before Naitasiri went on to school Yasawa 50-0, securing a bonus point win in round one of the Skipper Cup.
Axellerate has forged a solid relationship whereby they are also engaging with Naitasiri rugby at different levels, creating a strong family base of supporters and corporate backing.
This all aims towards the collective effort of seeing the highlanders clinch the prestigious Skipper Cup.
Meanwhile, Rewa rugby also received sponsorship of $5000 to boost their Vodafone Vanua Championship campaign.
The sponsorship is aimed towards development areas that can help propel the team to the Skipper Cup next year.
Sai Tokalau, the marketing manager for Rewa rugby coordinated with Boardroom Holdings Limited to secure some financial backing to solidify their quest for a place in the premier level.
Rewa’s match against Northern Bulls over the weekend at Ratu Cakobau Park was postponed due to heavy rain and the ground deemed unplayable.
