WE appreciate our soccer team’s performance against New Zealand, holding them 2-0 on two consecutive occasions.
I believe given the money budgeted by the NZ Government we expect to have sustained more by the New Zealanders.
Fiji placed at 187th place in world soccer rating, we can only thank the Lord for their performance with their new coach Gamel against a higher placed team. Thank you Fiji soccer!
You cannot expect them to perform like our rugby sevens team.
