The British Army Support Office (BASO) team are currently in Vanua Levu and will be providing confirmation of eligibility for damage to homes or livelihood.
A statement from the British High Commission said that Major Dangerfield would be visiting British Military veterans who have been affected by TC Yasa.
“As part of the recovery phase post TC Yasa the Royal British Legion and the Confederation of British Service charities have agreed to assist our veterans whereby the BASO team will be in the Vanua Levu until January 22,” the statement said.
