A MAN accused of murdering his 25-year-old wife in an apartment complex in Suva appeared in the High Court in Suva today.
Apisai Madigibuli appeared before Justice Dane Tuiqereqere for his bail application.
He is charged with a count of murder.
State counsel Monisha Naidu appeared for the State while defence lawyer Paula Gade from the Legal Aid Commission appeared for Mr Madigibuli.
Case has been adjourned.
