FORMER Telecom Fiji Ltd and Amalgamated Telecom Holdings board member Sanjay Kaba had his bail extended.
He appeared before Magistrate Sufia Hamza this morning, accused of obtaining a financial advantage of more than $700,000
Mr Kaba appeared with his Lautoka-based lawyer Wasu Pillay before Magistrate Sufia Hamza.
Suva Magistrate Krishan Prasad, who is presiding over the matter, did not sit today and the matter was called before Ms Hamza’s court.
Lawyer Nimisha Shankar from the Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption appeared for prosecution.
