NATIONAL Vodafone Fiji 7s coach Gareth Baber says Fiji is blessed with abundance of rugby 7s talents.
Baber was present at the Mana Whey Coral Coast 7s tournament to witness the rivalry among some of Fiji’s best players.
He said he was impressed with the talent on display during the competition.
“You are blessed to have so much talent here in Fiji and this is well supported by the rugby community and it’s a great venue for 7s,” said Baber.
“I have seen the intensity in all the games and I am sure there are talent in such tournaments.”
Baber said the success of the national team contributed to the staging of such 7s tournaments.
“I am sure there is talent in Fiji and I have seen the boys coming into the national squad are products of the Coral Coast 7s and other tournaments which has been used to develop and produce 7s talents.”
