The Fiji Bitter 7s Rugby Series will continue this weekend as the Paradise Beverages sponsorship continues to spread to the grassroots community.

Over the weekend, the Fiji Bitter Namalata-Kadavu 7s tournament was hailed a success despite facing time constraints and a lower number of participating teams.

Paradise Beverages sponsorship and events specialist Alfaio Tekavei after the tournament on Kadavu, in an interview, affirmed Paradise Beverages’ unwavering commitment to elevating grassroots rugby.

Paradise Beverages, he said, was dedicated to revitalising the 7s scene, building upon the successes of longstanding tournaments such as the Fiji Bitter Marist 7s, Nawaka 7s, and the Wairiki 7s.

The Malake 7s tournament will be held on October 19-21 at the Narauyaba Sports ground in Rakiraki.
